Please read these Terms of Use ("Agreement") carefully before using HubbyHelper ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

 

1. License

Mitchell Rappard ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HubbyHelper for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

 

2. Auto-Renewable Subscription

HubbyHelper offers an auto-renewable subscription with the following terms:

• Title: HubbyHelper Annual Subscription

• Length: 1 year

• Price: $2.99 per year

• Free Trial: 5 days

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

 

3. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

 

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Developer, other users, or third parties.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, and software — are owned by Mitchell Rappard and are protected by

applicable intellectual property laws.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mitchell Rappard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the

App.

 

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

9. Changes to This Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
